Family of rider killed in Quezon, Isabela multi-vehicle crash appeals for witnesses, CCTV footage, dashcam recordings

Tabuk City, Kalinga – The family of a motorcycle rider who died in a multi-vehicle collision in Quezon, Isabela is appealing to the public for witnesses, CCTV footage, or dashcam recordings that could help shed light on the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.

 

According to the Bacayan family, the vehicular accident occurred at around 7:45 a.m. on May 23 along the National Highway in Barangay Arellano, Quezon, Isabela. The crash reportedly involved two cars and a motorcycle ridden by their 25-year-old loved one, Garhett Lei “GL” Bacayan Ramos.

 

Ramos was initially rushed to a hospital in Quezon but was later referred to Raphael General Hospital in Tuguegarao City, where he was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. He reportedly succumbed to a traumatic brain injury and multiple physical injuries sustained in the collision.

 

As they continue to cope with their loss, the family is seeking help from anyone who may have witnessed the accident, as well as business establishments with CCTV cameras and motorists whose dashcams may have recorded the incident.
