Gov. Tubban urges public to take active part in government programs


Tabuk City, Kalinga – “Uray anya araramiden ti gobyerno nu haan tayo a sumabat, han a nasayaat ti implementasyon tayo…” stressed Governor Ferdinand Tubban during the Duterte Legacy Caravan held this April 28 at the Kalinga Astrodome.


Tubban explained the importance of public participation in the success rate of implementation, adding that the positive response of people and communities can increase level of quality output.


Tubban said that while the national government under Duterte administration has provided programs and projects, development is not possible without cooperation of the people.

The programs and services of the government, according to the governor, efficiently reached the grassroots levels thru the different agencies, organizations and cooperatives.


“Nu man pay adu ti kunana tayo a narigat ti pandemya, nakita tayo met a nagtitinulong, nagsisinuporta ti naduma-duma nga ahensiya ken LGUs ket uray nu kasdiay karigat, at that time ket nakita tayo a nu adda gayam panagtitinulong, adda ti panagkaykaysa, adu ti maaramidan tayo. Adu ti nasayaat a maaramidan tayo ti pada tayo a tattao,” Tubban added.

The governor thanked the government’s programs that has pushed the province be progressive, as evidently seen in the communities.


He cited that it is only under the incumbent administration that a significant number of former rebels returned to the fold of law, contributing to the peace and order. Also, road networks and farm machineries, among other infrastructure were a significant help to communities.

Tubban wishes for the government to sustain its programs to ensure the continued advancement of the locality.
