Igorot Police Director killed in Sulu, laid to rest

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Police Colonel Michael Bawayan, the Police Provincial Director (PD) assigned in Sulu who was killed by a subordinate, was laid to rest this August 14, 2021.

Bawayan, who is a native of Sagada, Mountain Province and a resident of Baguio City, was buried at the Buyagan Cemetery in La Trinidad.

Among those who attended his funeral and burial rites was Philippine National Police Chief General Guillermo Eleazar.
