Kalinga PLGU congratulates 2022 bar passers

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Kalinga provincial government extended its felicitations to the new Kalinga lawyers who aced the 2022 Bar Examinations.


Over 30 of the 3,992 total passers are from Kalinga province.


In total, there were 9,183 who took and completed the exam, the Supreme Court announced Friday, April 14, 2023.


From the 72.28% overall passing rate posted in the 2020-2021 bar examination, the latest exam conducted on November 9, 13, 16, and 20, last year at the 14 testing centers dropped to 43.4%. The figure, however, is 16.04% higher than the 27. 36% rating in 2019.

Passers from Kalinga are: Tetchie Assudo, Melbert Dumalan, Rosemarie Choycawen, Lyndon Castro, Fe Marie Sibayan, Jimmy Balingao, Garick Dinulong, Thaddeus Luke Tubban, Marcela Wangiwang, Jinky Grail Tuguic, Kyth Pallogan, Chona Layugan, Walter Calsiyao, Ghisleen Calsiyao, and Sherwood Gayudan.


In addition, Randy Bakilan, Glomarie Gonayon, Jay Baluga, Jonna Maye Canindo, Jun Cyril Ambona, Christon Dave Leo, Kerry Tiggangay, George Alsen Bunaguen, Ruth Zea Marie Tongdo, Rose Faith Ibarra, Welborne Sokoken, Jimmy Balinggao, Zsamantha May Lagdao, Samantha Claire Cepeda, Mary Grace Domatog, Stephen Vargas, Christopher Salipio.
