“Makaasa ti opisyales ken peacekeepers… tumulongak” - Tanudan Mayor Dagadag assures his support to peace and order in Kalinga

Tanudan, Kalinga – As he steps into a new term on July first, unopposed Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag who has been leading Tanudan with minimal crime incidents over the past years vows to help in the maintenance of peace and order in Kalinga.


Tanudan has been recognized as one of the most peaceful towns in the province with only few crimes documented in the past years. This has contributed to the over-all harmonious situation in Kalinga.

 

Dagadag, who is set to take his third term as town mayor of Tanudan and is known for extending his services outside the municipality, expressed he will continue pursuing further developments and providing better services for the iTanudans. He also added that the municipal LGU, while they are under his leadership, will continue lending assistance to other towns.

 

“Mas napinpintas nga serbisyo nga bumaruwan amin iti taga Tanudan iti ipaay tayo pay. Nu adda pay masob-sobra ket ited ta iti probinsiya iti Kalinga karkaru iti peace and order, talaga nga tumulong nak iti peace and order iti Kalinga,” he said.

 

The mayor mentioned that he and the elders of Tanudan are ready to step in and work with the provincial government and peacekeepers in the province should there be any disturbances in the peaceful status of Kalinga.

 

“Asahan da iti tulong ko tatta, for example nu adda iti tribal war manen. Makaasa dagitoy opisyales ken peacekeepers iti probinsiya, i-extend tayo iti tulong tayo iti Kalinga,” he conveyed.

 

Dagadag has been hands on in conflict resolution, solving land and clan disputes in Tanudan and ending a 7-decade hostility between the Lubuagan and Lubo, Tanudan by initiating and facilitating the exchange of Sipat between the two tribes.
