Outgoing Kalinga Gov. Tubban turns over pertinent documents to incoming Gov. Edduba

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Outgoing Governor Ferdinand Tubban turned over on Thursday, June 30, the pertinent documents to his successor James Edduba for ‘appropriate actions and assumption of all its corresponding responsibilities.’

The said documents are handed over to the new administration during the turn over ceremony held earlier at the Kalinga Astrodome.


Among these are the different provincial plans ending this year 2022 and are due for updating.


Turned over were the following documents:

1. Governance Assessment Report Calendar Year 2021, Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Summary of Initial Reports;

2. COA Report CY 2021;

3. Contracts and Loan Agreements;

4. Human Resource Management Records: 2022 Personnel Schedule, Inventory of Personnel Compliment by Nature of Appointment, Staffing Pattern, Organizational Structure, Merit Selection Board;

5. LGU Citizen’s Charter;

6. Provincial Local Development Investment Program;

7. Annual Investment Program CY 2022 and 2023;

8. Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan;

9. Capacity Development Agenda;

10. Executive Legislative Agenda 2020-2022;

11. LGU Devolution Transition Plan;

12. Public Service Continuity Plan;

13. Gender and Development Plan and Budget 2022;

14. Executive Order 2019 Second Sem to 2022 First Sem;

15. Provincial Ordinances and Resolutions 2019 Second Sem to 2022 First Sem;

16. Full Disclosure Policy

17. Status of Infrastructure Projects as of May 26, 2022; and

18. Report on Physical Count of Property, Land and Equipment of the Provincial Government.

Tubban wishes the success of new admin

Congratulating the members of the incoming Edduba administration, Tubban wishes them success for the Province of Kalinga to continue thriving. He likewise asked that the public support the government’s initiatives as it is his belief that “no leader can succeed without the support of the people.”
