Baguio City, Philippines – Saint Louis University in Baguio City did not only grab one, or two, but three of the top spots in the recently concluded Geodetic Engineers Licensure Examination(GELE).

Sixteen of the 644 new geodetic engineers were hailed the top performing examinees.
