Cordon, Isabela – A family in Ifugao is mourning the loss of a 16-year-old boy who was found dead in a creek beside a road in Barangay Laurel, Cordon, Isabela, on Monday morning, July 6.

The teenager, whose identity has not been disclosed by police, was reportedly on his way to visit a relative in Diffun, Quirino, when the accident is believed to have occurred.

According to the Cordon Municipal Police Station, residents discovered the victim's body at around 6:40 a.m. lying on his back and partially submerged in a creek along Purok 1, Barangay Laurel.
