Baguio City, Philippines – A 23-year-old water delivery boy now faces rape charges after allegedly sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl recently.
A report by police published by Mountain Province Broadcasting Corporation on Tuesday, November 22, said the victim met the suspect online.
Accordingly, the suspect whose name was withheld by police convinced the teenager to meet him at Malcolm Square.
During the meet-up, she was invited by the suspect for a drinking session at their house in Barangay Pinget.
Though unwilling at first, the victim eventually went with the suspect and had a drinking spree along with the suspect’s friends.
Since the victim is not accustomed to drinking liquor, she immediately got drunk and it was then that the suspect grabbed the opportunity and allegedly raped the victim thrice.
Before she went out from the suspect’s house the next day, the former threatened her that if she told anyone about what happened, something horrible would happen to her.
Her mother, meantime, observed a change in the behavior of her daughter.
She then managed to dig out what happened to her daughter and filed the rape case immediately.
