Tabuk City, Kalinga – Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang assured continuous support to the uniformed men and women of Kalinga in the performance of their duty to maintain peace and order as well as their needs at the camp, stressing he is with them unreservedly.

Mangaoang made this commitment during the inauguration of Captain Juan M. Duyan’s bust at the Kalinga Police Provincial Office this February 14.

In his message, Mangaoang mentioned that as the representative of Kalinga, he wanted Camp Captain Juan M. Duyan, which was named after the multi-awarded soldier and public servant, to be one of the best police camps in the region.

Among the things his office contributed in order to fulfill this goal is funding the concreting of roads inside the camp and helping in the construction of a criminal laboratory, and other buildings.

“Nu anya man pay iti maitulong tayo tapnu puminpintas daytoy a kampo, pangaasi yu ta di kayo agduwa-duwa a mangibaga kada tayo,” Mangaoang said.

Also, Mangaoang encouraged the Kalinga police not to get scared if they face cases while performing their duty as the government will help them should they need a lawyer.

“Dawatek kuma nga am-amin a makitkita yu nga saan nga um-umno nga tattao nga manggulo-gulo iti ili tayo, di kayo nga agduwa-duwa nga mangtiliw kanyada… Pangaasi yu, di kayo madandanagan… Ta ammu tayo met iti buteng yu ta baka ketdi nu makas-kasoan kayo,” he said.

The congressman further emphasized that the safety and security of every family and individual in Kalinga are entrusted in the hands of the police.

“To the men and women of Camp Juan M Duyan, we entrust you the security of every Kalinga, we entrust you the security of every family, we entrust you the security of every individual,” he said.
