Gov. Tubban reaffirms commitment of continuous quality public service during BARANGAYanihan Caravan

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Governor, Engr. Ferdinand Tubban reaffirmed his commitment to continuously deliver quality public service at the event of the ‘Duterte Legacy: BARANGAYanihan Caravan towards National Recovery.’


Quality public service, he said, served as his guiding principle in his long years of government service.

In his message delivered at Kalinga Astrodome this November 5, Tubban underscored that the progress and development in the province are in consonance with the national programs and goal of improving the lives of the people.


The governor recognized the programs of the Duterte administration such as the Build Build Build, Malasakit Centers, Kalinga’t Malasakit sa OFW, Anti-Insurgency Campaign, Infra projects and programs, Socio-Economic Agenda.

These, he said, paved a way for the improvement of socio-economic growth, infrastructure development, effective social services, peace and security, and stability throughout the country.


“Mamati-ak a gapu daytoy panagtitinulong, nasayaat a relasyon ti naduma-duma nga ahensya manipud ngatu inggana baba ket nakita tayo met ti naaramidan ti tunggal maysa. Rebbeng laeng nga ikkan tayo ti panang-recognize ti leadership iti daytoy nga administrasyon,” Tubban said.

Adhering to the national standards of efficient and honest public service, the provincial government developed and adopted SHARED governance thrust as its vehicle towards the realization of its vision to make “Kalinga as an agri-industrialized and eco-tourism destination with empowered, self-reliant and resilient communities proud of their cultural heritage living in a safe environment.”


Governor Tubban presented his administration’s accomplishment that depicts the present status of the province. He attributed this progress to the blended efforts, unity, and cooperation of the community that contributed to the development of the province and the nation as a whole.
