HVI Drug Personality nabbed at Malin-awa, Tabuk City

Tabuk City, Kalinga -A man listed as a High Valued Individual (HVI) drug personality was nabbed during the issuance of search warrant No. 8-2021 in Binongsay, Malin-awa, Tabuk City at around 7:40am of April 14, 2021.


Arrested is identified as a certain Donato Sinumlag y Bocad, 35, married, and a farmer from said place.

Confiscated from the suspect in his custody and possession are nine pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, two used aluminum foil and six empty plastic transparent sachets.


Said drug items weighing MOL 1.5 grams with an estimated street value of Php10,200.00

On site inventory was conducted with the presence of the arrested suspect duly witnessed by his wife, Maribel Sinomlag, elders of barangay Binongsay and a media representative.



The suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Tabuk CPS for proper documentation and subsequently brought to the Crime Lab KPCLO for drug test and qualitative examination for the presence of methamphetamine hydrochloride.


Police Senior Master Sergeant Lenie Lyn Apaling and Police Staff Sergeant Daniel Andomang reported that the search warrant was implemented through the joint personnel of Tabuk CPS, PIU/DEU Kalinga, RID PRO-Cor, RDEU PROCor, 1503rd RMFB15, RIU-14, RACU COR, CIDG Kalinga and PDEA Kalinga led by PLTCOL Radino S. Belly under the direct supervision of PCOL Davy Vicente Limmong PD, in coordination with PDEA COR after its issuance on April 13, 2021 by Judge Jerson E Angog of RTC Branch 25.
