Man in Abra hangs self due to jealousy

Bangued, Abra – A man committed suicide by hanging himself at his boarding house in Zone 5, Bangued, Abra Today reports on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

The young man whose identity has been kept left a note before committing suicide, implying that jealousy was the reason.

The young man hanged himself at about 12:45 AM of June 3, 2022, according to the findings of authorities.

In a report of Bangued MPS, two of the victim’s board mates were the ones who reported the incident at the police station, narrating that the hanging happened in their kitchen.

As revealed in their initial investigation, the victim asked for a pen at 11:45 PM of June 2 but they did not mind the victim knowing that he was drunk.

After several minutes, one of the witnesses said he got up to pee and was heading to the comfort room but was shocked seeing the victim hanging in the kitchen.

Personnel of Bangued MPS who responded at the place of incidence ferried the victim to the Christian Hospital but was declared dead-on-arrival by the attending physician.
