PNP Pinukpuk P5.7M building inaugurated

Pinukpuk, Philippines – Police officers in the Municipality of Pinukpuk now enjoy the new multimillion-standard building.

The Standard Type “B/C” Pinukpuk Municipal Police Station was funded with P5,700,000 through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), as cited by the Kalinga Police Provincial Office(KPPO).

Following its completion on July 10, the 3-storey infrastructure which is located in Barangay Taga was inaugurated and blessed on Wednesday, July 12, with officials in Kalinga and Police Regional Office Cordillera gracing the event.

The program was completed with rituals and a ‘songa’, a traditional blessing which were performed during the event.

Cordillera top cop, PBGen. David Peredo believed that this new presentable and more decent workplace helps boost the morale of the local police personnel as they perform their job to serve and protect the people.

Peredo, in his message, likewise acknowledged the Kalinga Provincial Government Unit headed by Governor James Edduba and also the Municipal Local Government for their continuous support to the Philippine National Police Kalinga.

“Rest assured, that the PNP in return will provide the public with the quality services they rightfully deserve,” he was quoted saying.
