Baguio City, Philippines — Igorot Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Lito “The Thunder Kid” Adiwang delivered an intense performance, finishing his Indonesian opponent, Eko Roni Saputra, in just 34 seconds via technical knockout (TKO) in their 140-pound catchweight bout at ONE Fight Night 43 held on May 16 at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

“The Thunder Kid” needed only a little over 30 seconds to take control of the fight, immediately pressing forward as soon as the opening bell sounded.

In the replay video posted by ONE Championship, Adiwang landed a sharp right hand that sent Saputra crashing to the canvas, displaying his trademark aggression and instantly shifting the momentum of the bout.

The Igorot fighter followed up with relentless punches, leaving the referee with no choice but to stop the contest just seconds into the first round. In the video, the commentator initially announced a 36-second finish, but the martial arts organization later clarified the official time as 34 seconds.

With the emphatic victory, Adiwang once again showcased his explosive finishing ability inside the ONE Championship Circle, adding another highlight-reel knockout to his growing MMA career. The win further solidified his reputation as one of the most dangerous fast starters in his division.

Meanwhile, the remarkable 34-second finish ranks as the second-fastest victory of Adiwang’s career, next only to his 23-second TKO win over Indonesia’s Adrian Mattheis at ONE Friday Fights 34 on September 22, 2023.
