3 men hospitalized after motorcycle collision in Pinukpuk, Kalinga


Pinukpuk, Kalinga – Three men were brought to the hospital after a motorcycle collision at Sitio Karitanan, Katabbogan in Pinukpuk early hours of Friday, Nov. 03.

Police initial investigation, as relayed by Kalinga Police Provincial Information Officer, PCapt. Ruff Manganip, stated that the road accident took place around 1:50 a.m., wherein at the time, a Sniper 150 was traversing the national road from Junction towards Katabbogan while a Euro 150 was going the opposite direction.


Upon arriving at the place of incident, the Euro 150 motorcycle described to be without a headlight allegedly encroached the opposite lane, resulting in the vehicle to hit the incoming Sniper 150.


The collision caused injuries to the Euro 150 driver identified as Ryan Turingan, 37, and the occupants of the Sniper 150 identified to be PFC Mcharold Eddamag, 26, and Cpl Keferd Osngan, 30.


All three were brought to the hospital and now on a stable condition.
