Tabuk City, Kalinga – Weather disturbances are not yet done battering the country, as in October alone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration in a Public Weather Forecast on Sunday, September 28 said Filipinos can expect experiencing up to four possible cyclones.

Meantime, PAGASA informed there will be a higher chance of rain and cloudy weather in Eastern Visayas, Bicol region, and Cagayan Valley this coming Wednesday and Thursday.
