21-yr.-old bagger dies after motorcycle crashes into banana in Isabela

Roxas, Isabela - A 21-year-old man died after his motorcycle crashed into a banana plant on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, in Roxas, Isabela.

The deceased was identified as Mac Jeral Olog, a bagger and resident of Barangay San Antonio, Roxas.

An investigation conducted by Roxas police revealed that Olog was riding his Yamaha Mio 125 when the tragic accident occurred. He was traversing along the Anao-Quiling Road but allegedly lost control of his vehicle, leading to a collision with a banana planted on the roadside.


Olog sustained severe injuries to the head and various parts of his body due to the crash.

Members of Rescue 333 Roxas and PNP Roxas responded to the incident and transported the victim to a hospital in the municipality. Unfortunately, he was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.

The victim’s motorcycle is now in police custody for proper disposition.
