19-yr.-old TOP 10 MOST WANTED in Cagayan Valley arrested for repeatedly raping a minor

Isabela, Philippines – A 19-year-old young man was recently locked up after allegedly raping a minor last year.

The 19-year-old hidden under the name Mark Lee who was tagged as No. 10 Top Most Wanted in region 2 was cornered by the police on Sunday afternoon, August 24 in Sagat, Cordon, Isabela.

Mark Lee, according to the Police Regional Office 2, is facing a rape charge or violation of Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the ‘Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act’.

The case came from a complaint from parents who reported to the police that their daughter was raped repeatedly by the 19-year-old and his two other companions in Diffun, Quirino, on October 14, 2024.

Armed with a warrant of arrest issued by the court on May 27, 2025, the operatives arrested Mark Lee in Cordon, Isabela, around 3:30 p.m. on August 24.

The following day, August 25, a 39-year-old man who was also accused of Qualified Rape of a Minor was arrested in Santa Cruz, San Manuel, Isabela. The man was tagged as the No. 9 Regional Most Wanted.
