40-yr.old drug personality in Balawag, Tabuk arrested for Shabu

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Law enforcers in Kalinga remain relentless in their anti-illegal drugs efforts, arresting another drug personality on Monday, May 5.  

 

Four days after their million-worth drug haul that led to the arrest of two men tagged as high-value individuals, the anti-narcotic cops in the province set forth to implement another search warrant addressed in Taggay, Balawag, Tabuk City.

 

Armed with said document, the operatives searched the residence of a 40-year-old newly identified drug personality where they recovered several sachets containing a substance believed to be shabu. The suspected contraband was estimated to be 5.5 grams with a street value of P37,400.

 

The cops likewise discovered and confiscated live ammunition and drug paraphernalia.

 

These pieces of evidence led the police to arrest the 40-year-old suspect and bring him into custody after an onsite inventory of the items taken from his home.

 

Kalinga Police Provincial Director, PCol. James Mangili, through KPPO’s Official Facebook account, reaffirmed the law enforcers’ commitment to fighting illegal drugs and to ensuring the safety of every iKalinga.
